Returns: As our product is perishable, baked and decorated, we do not offer returns. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us & we will do our best to make it right.
No shows: If you do not pick up an order, we do not offer a refund & you forfeit the amount paid.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund with 7-day notice in advance of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Please submit your cancellation request via the ‘Contact Us’ form throughout the site.
